WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most of our orders are made to order and can take up to 7 business days to ship out. However, most of our orders placed Friday after 12PM EST - Monday before 12PM EST will ship out Tuesday. Orders placed after 12PM on Monday & before 12PM on Friday will ship out Friday.

If your item arrives damaged please email email@example.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCTS?
Our collection is 18k gold-filled or sterling silver. The gold-filled process makes all our pieces tarnish resistant because it completely covers the surface of the base metal. However, if there is ever anything wrong with your order within ONE YEAR of purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and photos for warranty.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as your order ships, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you did not receive an email, please check your junk folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list.
