Shipping & Returns
Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to process. You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during holidays or if your order contains custom pieces.
We offer free US shipping for all jewelry. All other items ship free for orders over $75.
We offer flat fee shipping on all international orders.
There may be duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges imposed by your home country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges.
All merchandise is inspected before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email email@example.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
We hope you love your ValDesigns pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit for unworn items that are sent back within 15 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise must not show any signs of wear.
To request a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your item(s). Please include RETURN REQUEST and your order # in the subject line. Please allow up to 72 business hours for our team to get back to you with next steps.
Once we have received the return in the required conditions, we will issue you an online credit code via email for the amount of the item being exchanged, which can be used immediately to place a new order exclusively on shopvaldesigns.com. Please allow up to 72 business hours for your returned item to be processed and the site credit issued.
Site credit codes are non refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and expire one year from activation. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
ValDesigns reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.
